Deca designed a conversion of Templeton Elementary School into a new Early Learning Center, a Staff Conference Center and offices for non-profit support agencies for the Tigard-Tualatin School District. The 38,000 square foot project included an extensive seismic and systems upgrade and indoor-outdoor play areas.
